chain, sprockets and belt replacement

Drive chain or belt problems? Bad drive chains are rusty, kinked, missing o-rings, or stretched. Chain and sprockets can get worn as well. Sometimes you will hear a slap as the chain hits the swingarm or a clunky sound if the chain has tight links. Don't let this problem get out of hand or you could end up with a chain-breaking and locking up the rear wheel.

If your bike has a drive belt, you also have drive pulleys. We commonly see a drive belt replacement only after the belt snaps. Hopefully, this hasn't caused a crash.

It's important to keep your chain or belt system in good operating order. Bad things can happen when they fail.
